When you open the dashboard page, you will be given 2 main information : calendar and log system.

So what is it for? This calendar view gives you the information about the project start date, project end date, activity start date, and activity end date. Those data are represented with different color that you can see at the top of the page. By providing this information, you don’t need to open the events or activities management features to get the information from the helicopter view. The information will help you to see the bigger picture of what have been passed and what will happen in feature.

  • Log System

This part will show the user activities whether they commented on the project or activity, update the data, create a new data, and so on. This information will give you the latest update of any user activity, so you will always be aware of any update from the system.

As you can see at the app, the event and activity are presented with different color on each background. Actually, those colors are representing the current status of event or activity.

  • Green : this color means the event or activity is just created
